Cleveland Browns Have Work Cut Out for Them in Trying to Hire Peyton Manning

Due to the fact the Cleveland Browns are 2-8 and looking lost beyond all repair, it’s only natural for people to start looking towards the coming offseason. Sure, there’s intrigue surrounding whether or not newly-minted starter Johnny Manziel can spark some life into a lost season. Still, the final six games are nothing more than a formality in Cleveland.

There are plenty of questions already awaiting the Browns after their final game this year. Will owner Jimmy Haslam clean house as everyone expects? Will Cleveland be in line for the first overall pick in next spring’s draft? Will Manziel have made enough of an impression to sway the Browns away from targeting a quarterback in said draft?

Today, another question was added to the mix: are the Browns really prepping to try and convince quarterback Peyton Manning to take a front office role with the team?
