Over the offseason, the Cleveland Browns spent a significant amount of effort trying to bulk up their defense. After ranking near the bottom in defending the run last season while ranking eighth at passing yards allowed per game, such a move clearly made sense. In fact, the majority of the Browns current salary is allocated towards defense.
Just six weeks into the season, is it safe to say said money has been well spent? Not even a little bit.
