All is right again in the world of Northeast Ohio sports. After losing two straight Eastern Conference Finals games to the Toronto Raptors in rather lackluster fashion, the Cleveland Cavaliers stormed back and dominated Game 5 Wednesday night to take a 3-2 series lead. For those who saw the Cavs lose their first two games of the postseason and panicked, they can rest assured knowing order is restored and planning for the Finals can recommence.
Mind you, fans can think that all they want. However, this series is in no way finished despite how decisive Game 5 was. Because of this, the Cavs themselves need to stay as far away from the “it’s over” mindset as possible.
Making sure that actually happens tonight will be a major test for coach Tyronn Lue.
