The Cleveland Browns are 2-7. Barring a completely impossible seven-game winning streak to finish out the year, the team is in the middle of yet another failed season. Because of this, it would certainly make sense for the team to start second-year quarterback Johnny Manziel for the rest of the year and ensure he continues to develop, right?
