Cleveland Browns GM Ray Farmer has begun his four week suspension for texting mid-game complaints to the sideline last season. The decision to break clear rules just to chastise his coaching staff’s play-calling was clearly a bad one. However, I find myself wondering about a few other questionable decisions Farmer has made in his time running the show in Cleveland.
